Christopher Greetham, PT, COMT, FAAOMPT, MCSP

Physical Therapist / Owner

Chris graduated from the University of Western England in 1983. After working in England and with the United Nations on third-world rehabilitation programs, he came to reside in Lake Ridge, VA, in 1990. He managed several clinics in Northern Virginia and worked at Potomac Hospital before opening Lake Ridge Physical Therapy in 2000. Chris teaches continuing education courses for Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars to physical therapists all over the United States and is a guest faculty member at Marymount University and the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore.

Chris is a Maitland Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), a Fellow American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), and a Member of the Chartered Society of Physical Therapists (MCSP).

Eric Blackstone PT, DPT

Physical Therapist / Clinic Director

Eric received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University in 2013. He then continued his education at Marymount University, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Since graduating, he has focused on orthopedic care and greatly enjoys working with sports medicine and post-surgical cases. He also likes working with athletes, pediatric patients, and geriatric patients.

Eric has a background in weightlifting and sports biomechanics through previous clinical affiliations. He is a Certified Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN) physical therapist. Eric's professional goals include becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT).

Outside of work, Eric enjoys socializing with friends, doing outdoor activities, traveling, playing sports, and reading.

Cristie David-Hoover, LPTA (she/her)

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Cristie- (who prefers to go by Cris) was born and raised in Manassas, Virginia. From a young age, she knew her love of helping others would influence the career paths she chose throughout her life. She worked in child care while her own children were small, then began working with Fairfax County's adaptive programming, providing physical and behavioral support for children and adults with disabilities while participating in leisure activities, including aquatic and gymnastic programs.

She decided to take her desire to help people a step further and decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. She graduated with honors from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northern Virginia Community College's medical campus in May 2016.

Alexia Lulushi, LPTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Edina (Alexia) is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from the PTA program at Northern Virginia Community College. With a deep-rooted passion for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact, Alexia embarked on this second career journey with enthusiasm and determination. Throughout her professional endeavors, Alexia found immense fulfillment in working closely with patients, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey, and witnessing their progress firsthand. She is excited to continue this journey and contribute to the well-being of those in need. Alexia's free time is spent with her adorable little girl and two little dogs.

Ciara Holmes

Ciara handles front desk reception at the Lake Ridge office. She was born and raised here in Virginia and studied theatre at Shenandoah University for a year. Her future plans including getting a license in Esthetics. When not delivering expert customer care at work, she loves going to the gym as well as enjoying a nice sci-fi / fantasy novel with a questionably large cup of caramel iced coffee.

Ana Villanueva

Ana has been with Lake Ridge PT since August 2022. She graduated from GMU in 2020 with a BA in Psychology. She would like to go back to school to get her masters in clinical psychology and become a pediatric therapist specializing in mood disorders. She loves to travel and has ventured to the Dominican Republic, El Salvador (where her dad is from), and Canada. When she's not at the clinic, she loves spending time with her family and going to different boba shops with her sister.

Kim Ventura

Kim joined the Lake Ridge family in March 2023 and is currently studying Speech Pathology at George Mason. She enjoys going to the beach and playing soccer in her spare time.

Susan Farey, Billing Manager

Susan graduated from Virginia Tech in 1994 with a BS in Human Services. With nearly 30 years of experience in health care, she offers a wealth of knowledge regarding medical billing, coding, reimbursement, auditing, and compliance. Since 2001, Susan has been an integral part of Lake Ridge Physical Therapy, contributing positively to its success and growth. Outside of work, Susan enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family and two English Bulldogs.

Becky Anderson, Practice Manager

Becky has been in the business of medical administration for over 17 years and is not ready for retirement! She began her career after staying at home raising her 4 children while her husband served in the Air Force. She likes to mix professionalism with the “mom and pop” feel of personal service. She is the grandmother of 4 and loves to see the grands every chance she gets. Her favorite past-times include going anywhere in an airplane, board games, going out to eat, and taking long walks.
